1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi

  • Lahore

  • Islamabad

  • Rawalpindi

  • Faisalabad

  • Multan

  • Peshawar

  • Quetta

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges: Rs. 199

  • Free shipping on orders above: Rs. 2499

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

  • Orders may be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Failure to respond to confirmation calls may result in order cancellation.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS/Email

  • Courier company details

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept parcel

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged parcel

  • An incorrect item

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the package and product

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
